Migrations Pro
Microsoft 365 · tenant to tenant

Migrate tenants without guessing whether it worked.

Mailboxes, online archives, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and calendars — moved between Microsoft 365 tenants and verified message by message, so you can prove completeness instead of trusting a percentage.

Assessment is free and read-only. A license is required to run migrations.

Why this is hard

Item counts don't prove a migration is complete

Two tenants holding identical mail routinely report different totals — label-based mail counts once per folder, deleted items inflate the source, and archives are a separate workload. A tool that reports 100% can still have left mail behind.

Counts mislead

Gmail-heritage mail counts once per label. Recoverable items pad the source. Percentages built on those numbers drift from reality.

Throttling hides gaps

Microsoft throttles hard during bulk copy. A truncated pass looks successful, and incremental sync never revisits what it missed.

Retention eats mail

Destination retention policies act on migrated mail the moment it lands — relocating or deleting it days after a “successful” cutover.

How it works

Assess, migrate, verify, cut over

Coexistence runs for as long as you need it — delta sync keeps both tenants aligned until you're ready.

  1. 01

    Assess

Read-only discovery of both tenants. Sizes, item counts, risks and a throughput projection before you commit.

  2. 02

    Migrate

Batch what you choose. Bulk copy runs under Exchange's migration throttle budgets and resumes on interruption.

  3. 03

    Sync

Scheduled delta passes copy what arrived since the last run, so the destination stays current during coexistence.

  4. 04

    Verify

Message-level reconciliation across primary, archive and recoverable items, signed for your records.

Verification

Proof, not a progress bar

At the end of a migration you get a reconciliation you can hand to an auditor: every source message accounted for, and an explicit list of anything that wasn't.

  • Message-level set difference

Source and destination compared by Message-ID — the only measure that survives duplicate counting.

  • Archives and dumpsters included

Retention can relocate mail into the archive. Comparing only the primary mailbox reports loss that didn't happen.

  • Signed reconciliation report

A signed record of scope, coverage and exceptions at the point of cutover.
